This house was perfect for our families needs. Located in a great spot close to bike trails my boys enjoyed along with the creek. Definitely would stay here again. Great hosts.

Perfect location

Great location and wonderful house. We were in Bentonville to ride mountain bikes with friends and the proximity to the trails was ideal.

Great Quick Stay

We came into town for a wedding and the property was located perfectly for getting to events spread out all over town. I loved how quickly we were able to be everywhere we were needed. We really were only in there to sleep, but it was clean, comfortable, and cozy.

The house is perfect for a small group for mountain biking. Centrally located to all the trails. Close to town and restaurants. Comfortable after a day of riding all the trails.

Great location.

Property is just south of the kids bike playground with easy access to the Razorback Greenway. Great jumping off point for us to introduce our kids (6 & 8) to Bentonville and biking the trails. Also an easy & relatively short drive to downtown or the grocery store. Property was clean, well appointed and as described. We had a comfortable stay and a great time in Bentonville!

Josh provides a great accommodation for bikers coming to Bentonville. Clean and well furnished. Fire table out back on the deck was really nice. Great trail access, and this one is nicely at a center point between Coler, Bella Vista, and downtown Bentonville. You can quickly get everywhere you want to go, and you don't need a car! However, we were stoked to have a Tesla charger in a covered carport. Perfect for travelers with EVs. Thanks.

Winter Mountain Bike Adventure

We came out from Colorado to ride the trails in Bentonville and had an excellent time! The weater was a bit cold and snowy but still got a ton of riding in. The Mural house is located in a great spot to hit all of the different trail systems.

Mountain Bike Fun

The property that we stayed at was smack in the middle of all the mtb trails. The property had everything we needed and more. After a day of riding it was nice to soak in the hot tub or sit by the fire pit and have a cold beverage. It was a very comfortable house and Josh communicated with us if we had any issues. I'd would recommend this to anyone that is visiting Bentonville.

Built for bikers

From the outdoor bike storage and wash station to the indoor aesthetic, this place is perfect for taking in the Bentonville biking experience. Super close proximity to a family friendly bike park and the awesome Slaughter Pens. There's even a nice little climb to finish off the legs on the way back to the property after a day of riding. The beds are comfortable, kitchen fully functional and the hot tub outside is a nice bonus. Late night s'mores on the fire pit after a day of riding is pretty fantastic. Bonus points for the Miles Davis record and turntable.

Beautiful backyard view and a clean hot tub. Deck seating, fire table, and grill were all in good working order. Really great location for biking to Slaughter Pen (with a big uphill ride back!). Kitchen was well stocked for basic meal prep, and the bike wash/storage area was convenient.Unfortunately, the home’s cleanliness fell short, especially compared to other reviews. Several areas needed deeper cleaning and more attention. I’ve shared specific feedback privately with the host in hopes the issues can be addressed, as the home has real potential to offer a much better experience with improved upkeep.
