Museum visit

We visited Bentonville so our 89 yr old mother could check the Crystal Bridge Museum off of her bucket list. Amazing museum and we will be visiting again. This Genius House was amazing! The description was completely accurate. Amazing home, great neighborhood wonderful town to visit. If you are visiting Bentonville, I would strongly suggest this property if the size fits your needs. You will not be disappointed!

Not What We Paid For

Our original property became unavailable due to a toilet flooding issue. We were relocated to a different house which was significantly cheaper. We didn’t stay at the Genesis house. We stayed at the Lakewood House. After many attempts to point out the price discrepancy (600), I was given a 100 refund. The relocated house was 30 minutes away from our original location so we also had to drive quite a bit to get anywhere. The house itself was ok but the experience has been tainted due to the inequity of the houses.

Wonderful and attractive house in great neighborhood.

Lots of space and well equipped kitchen. Some little things need attention. Not enough trash bags or paper towels and no napkins. Blueberry coffee the only choice-yuk. Fortunately near nice Walmart NeighborhoodStore. No house book with any tourist or trail inf

Family destination wedding

We had 10 adults and 2 small children. This beautiful home was spotless and spacious. We had plenty of room to spread out, with enough rooms, bathrooms and beds for everyone. The house was well supplied with everything we needed. It was in a great location, just a few minutes from downtown, the Crystal bridges museum and an amazing children’s museum! So many great restaurants nearby. The downtown area was very nice, with shops, ice cream and great coffee shops! Property managers communicated quickly and checked in for any needs we might have had. I was nervous about the drive way as others had mentioned in their reviews. We had 5-6 cars at any given time and everything worked out just fine. Our family would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful Place and close to our Event

We loved the place so much so that part of my team thought that we were booked through Saturday. The hosts were gracious and called when they realized that some had not left. We loved everything about this house and felt so horrible. Lovely location.

Perfect accommodations

We were in Bella Vista with 7 adults for a week of golf. The communications prior to arrival were flawless. Great layout. Plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. Owner checked in periodically to make sure everything was ok. We would definitely book this house again.

Perfect family gathering

What a perfect location for our graduation weekend with family. Every room is its own oasis when you need to relax and have your own space. It has everything you need in terms of an outdoor /indoor haven. Loved the balconies that made you feel like you are in a tree house. Perfect and quiet neighborhood that is close to everything.

Great for large groups!

We had a group of 12 stay at this property, and it was great! The beds were big and nice and there were plenty of bathrooms. We enjoyed the multiple living areas and the back patios had beautiful views. The location was also great, very close to downtown and some trails. My only complaint was that the refrigerator smelled badly and it smelled like cigarettes in the garage/hallway when we got there. Neither was a game changer but definitely notable. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend it to others!

Wedding Weekend

This house was perfect for our family to all be together for the beautiful wedding of our granddaughter. With the airport not to far away, family from Virginia was able to spend extra time with the family. The house is located close to the highway and trails that we all got to enjoy. Would highly recommend. We all enjoyed being able to be together! Thank you.

This property is laid out well. The bedrooms gave lots of options for our family. We had an issue with one of the bathrooms shortly after arrival...they sent someone to that evening to resolve the situation. They were very attentive to any questions and needs we had. Would definitely recommend this property.

Big house with plenty of room for everyone

Our stay was great and everyone enjoyed having their own space and bathrooms. Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room were well stocked. Only downside to this house is the extremely steep driveway that doesn't show in pictures. Several of our cars scraped at the top and bottom of the driveway.

Six siblings annual gathering

This house worked for 11 adults because of the beds available, all kings and queens. The deck was great for hanging out and dining with the use of a folding table. Very clean and exactly as pictured and described. Nice quiet neighborhood and location is good. Host was prompt with response to any questions. Overall a great experience for our group.

Nice Quiet Neighborhood

The overall stay was pleasant but a few things could be improved. The only real downside we found was that the sectional is not hooked together so we had to be extremely carefull about how we sat so that it didn’t push apart.

Beautiful Home & Location BUT ....

This is a spacious beautiful home and great location. However, our disappointment came when trying to communicate our need for a few things. Large closets but no hangers .. by the 3rd day we got hangers. We expected to find Kleenex but no luck. The kitchen is in need of various essentials when putting together food for a group. You will need to bring your own water pitcher (we used the blender container!), scissors that work, a better wine opener, serving bowls, cookie sheets etc. We were told that the owner would need to approve for these items to be purchased and no approval was given. This is the home of Walmart ... surely upgrades to the kitchen needs could be easily and inexpensively solved. On the positive side the kitchen/eating area has tons of cabinets to store the supplies you bring and you will have "instant" hot water throughout the home.
