  • Safety cameras at the doorbell, shed, and back porch. Every camera faces outward, and cannot see inside the home. They can record both audio and video of the outside, not inside, the home.
  • Noise monitor in living room captures noise levels (not any sound) to prevent parties, which are prohibited. Noise monitor also has an integrated smoke, weed, and vape monitor, to prevent prohibited smoking activities.
  • Ecobee smart thermostat does not record any audio or video and microphone is off. The thermostat is also not connected to any other smart device except an air quality monitor, located in the main bedroom.

First time in Bentonville and really glad we found this house. It is cheerfully decorated and had everything we needed. The communication with the owner was fabulous. We appreciated the extras like the coffee pods and granola. Thank you for sharing your house!

Wonderful stay, great place

We looked at other 4-bedrooms in Bentonville and Bella Vista and are glad we chose this one. Out of the many places we have stayed over the years, this is one of the cleanest, most comfortable and beautiful. Everything looks brand new - appliances, furniture, rugs, etc. and feels luxurious (leather couches, marble countertops, great mattresses, and a nice stone fireplace). Someone had written that they couldn’t get the fireplace to work, but it worked just fine for us. The temperature control for the shower was a bit sensitive, but other than this, we were really happy. Communication with the owner was great, very responsive and kind. We will definitely come back in the future for a longer stay, thank you!

Bright, cheerful, clean and spacious

Exactly what you see in the pics -- modern, bright and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. New appliances, full size washer/dryer, all new furniture, linens, kitchenware, etc. Everything is spotless and brand new. Great location -- quiet neighborhood, loads of restaurants. We were all inspired to go home and redecorate. :) The property owner was easy to get in touch with and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Did I mention chocolate? Chocolate! 10/10 would recommend and we will stay again on our next visit.
