It was a great experience check in the apartment was very easy. We were allowed to to check in earlier than expected since our unit was all ready and cleaned. The staffs were friendly and approachable.Security aspect was imposed accordingly and I should say you can leave your belongings without any worry .The ocean view was spectacular I enjoyed every moment.Overall this apartment was well recommended . And thank you for letting us stay for a few hours in the lobby it was a huge bonus.

Worth a visit

Fantastic stay right at the beach...views to die for...Friendly helpful staff great balcony...far enough away from the bustle of the new town but accessible along the promenade. Plenty of bars & restaurants right on the doorstep...try Cheers for an amazing lunch!Pool looked nice but sunbeds in a different area so didn't use it. Beds a little hard but all very clean . Nice &quiet within the property & sound of the sea relaxing. Great choice for a week in the sun.

Views to die for

Basic apartment but clean with views to die for. Some nice eating places locally. Only gripe we had was no internet in the room, only in reception which wouldn't have been so bad if there had been a snack bar or even a bar (in the evening).

We had a brilliant stay. Apartments were ideally situated with great views. Beds a bit hard but loads of space for four of us. We definitely use again!

Despite posters posted all over the apartments Saying that rowdy behaviour would not be tolerated. IT WAS......!!!! Wouldn't recommend it at all Unless I was planning a bozy weekend

Good Location, great views, spacious apartment

On 16th floor, views amazing overlooking beach, good lift service. All facilities on your doorstep. New town taxi ride away or stroll 20 mins through the shops, restaurants,live music bars along the beach/seafront. Staff helpful. No air-conditioning though, good flow of air through apartment and wifi only available in reception but lots of free wifi in vars restaurants etc Full sized fridge, cooker & microwave & range of crockery & pots etc.

really good- only thing was they tried to charge us for towels that were 'missing' from the room when infact the maid had cleared them out. we did resolve it thou. location was great and it was very clean !

Stags and Hens are a problem here !!!

The reception staff are very welcoming and are ready to assist in any way they can. Adequate lifts get you to where you need to be.The apartments on a whole are great. Clean, tidy and reasonably maintained. The location is excellent for the beach and local bars and restaurants. It isn't too far to take a leisurely walk down into the new town where there is something for everyone. Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by the streams of Stag and Hen parties that dominated all of the buildings communal areas. Reception, the bar and pool area where swarming with loud drunken revellers who had no respect for themselves never mind any of the other guests. Foul language filled the air day and night, with very little respite. The final straw came when a member of one of these very large bawdy groups defecated in the swimming pool causing it to be closed down for cleaning. All of this behaviour took place in the presence of several families with small children. To say I was thoroughly disgusted is an understatement. The hotel had placed signs in public areas to state that they would not tolerate any loud drunken behaviour, however, I feel if that was for our peace of mind, as it certainly didn't act as a deterrent. Groups would return all hours of the night causing broken sleep and frayed tempers.....
