Block with 14 fully equipped apartments designed for the enjoyment of our guests. Accommodations with 1 bedroom with a bathroom with shower and capacity for 3 people, and 2 bedrooms with two bathrooms (1 with a shower and 1 with a bathtub) and capacity for 5 people. Building with elevator, community pool with solarium area and optional garage.

Very bright accommodations of 60 and 80 m² with open terrace, with unobstructed views of the city, some with views of the pool and the sea.



All apartments are equipped with internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, Smart TV in the living room and TV in the master bedroom, satellite channels, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer in the bedroom. bathroom, bed linen and towels included.

Brilliant, we’ll be booking again for next year.

The property was brilliant! We stayed on the 6th floor, had a lift, and the balcony was beautiful. The washing machine was a really handy addition, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was amazing, just a 5-minute walk to the strip in one direction and a 5-minute walk to the old town in the other. The pool was exactly what we needed for relaxing and it was a 5 minute walk to the beach. Deposit was refunded after 6 days with no questions. The balcony door didn’t lock from the living room but that wasn’t an issue as we didn’t have children.

Todo perfecto el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario tanto como para cocinar comer , ubicación relación calidad precio excelente, La piscina muy pequeña y cierra alas 20:00 siendo verano me parece temprano las camas un poco incómodas por no hablas del sofá cama es muy incómodo, por lo demás perfecto, lo único que de verdad me molesto y mucho es que me pidieran una fianza de 200€ que te la devuelven alos 7 días en mi caso y que no se especifique antes de realizar la reserva para quien quiera reservar ya sabe 200€ aparte del precio indicado !!! Que te lo devuelven q los 7 días si está todo correcto pero deberían avisarlo ! Por lo demás volveré sin dudarlo esta todo perfecto un saludo y gracias.
