Está muy tranquila la zona pero muy sucia la habitación las baños sucios había telarañas los espejos sucios muy mala impresión, se les descompuso la máquina de llaves y tenía k ir alguien abrir

It was absolutely disgusting. The room was so filthy you couldn’t walk on the carpet. Hairs and fecal matter all over the toilet. No hot water to take a shower. “Clean” sheets had hairs on them. Trash on the floor. Hot tubs were broken. Overall it was disgusting and disappointing. Don’t stay here.

Place was not clean. Blood stains on the floor, no towels, bed full of hair. Homeless people in the parking lot. Hot tub broken. Pool bathroom was disgusting. They were quick to offer us a refund though.

The front desk worker was completely rude, not polite at all, didn’t even list the amenities or anything. The first room we check into smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Then we got moved to another room that had no pillows, towels, the hide a bed didn’t work, and the room hadn’t been vacuumed. We stayed because it was so late, and when we asked for towels and pillows, the front desk staff greeted us with “I don’t know if we have any left” the next morning, we checked out a night early, and the night auditor was rude and didn’t try to accommodate us in anyway for the issue. I called and spoke to the morning front desk agent, and she was very polite, offered me 1/2 off my rate and apologized profusely and offered us an upgrade if we stayed again. She was the only positive part of that place.

To start we had been given 4 different room before we settled on something less then what we reserved months ago. One bed less then what we needed. Then we were given all our own towels and bedding to make our room up ourselves. Coffee no cups. One bed had no blanket. Thankfully we brought a car blanket. Pubic hair and stains in the one bed that was made so we had to sleep on top of the covers. The room hadn’t been vacuumed. No toilet paper. We tried to book elsewhere but because of the local activities we had no other choice but to stay. No towels for the pool. Hot tub was down. Rec center toilets we covered in poo. Worst experience ever.

Great location near a scenic river park and close to the Mackay Cottage Restaurant a great place for meals. The room was okay and the gas fireplace was nice. Had to ask for toiletries since the room was not fully filled.

Older facility, very clean, nice staff, and good value. However…Rooms not stocked properly—towels, cups, toiletries, etc. Had to ask for pool towels 2 times. No extra blankets available. I WOULD stay here again. Very quiet and nice staff.

When checking in… the attendant was in a back room… we could see him sitting there, but did not come out to check us in. After several minutes I finally said “hello” and he finally came out. He got us checked in and let us know that our room was missing a towel, but that someone would bring one to us. We arrived back to our room quite late in the evening and no towel has been delivered. We drove back up to the office to get the towel we were told he had to go to the laundry room and would bring us a towel. About 30-40 minutes later still no towel had been delivered and we were wanting to head to bed, so we had to call the office. He said there are no clean towels only pool towels. And we said that was fine, because we needed towels to be able to have showers in the morning. The rooms are very roomy and have nice qualities, but the carpets were terribly stained, there were no tissues, there was a lid for the in room coffee cups, but no cup, the back patio was nice and right along the river, but one of the chairs was broken. We have had a terrible experience in this hotel before a few years ago … being under a room where a party was taking place and they couldn’t quite them down and we couldn’t sleep all night. We left that time very early in the morning and had forgotten my camera bag and they failed to notify us and when we sent our daughter after them they tried to claim they couldn’t find them. She refused to leave until they handed them over and ultimately they were foun

The room was filthy. The pool was dirty. The weeds were so high you had to side step out the patio door. When I checked in I was told the kind bed I reserved was not available, this hotel was not booked by any means. When I checked out the front desk person had a kitten walking on the counter, while cute hardly appropriate. It’s sad how down hill this place has gone because it’s a nice location and has great size rooms.

This place needs some TLC. Could use some repairs and updates. I chose this hotel because of its brand name and affordable price for the area. And, the online photos make this hotel appear much nicer than it is. Upon arrival, there was no tissue and very little toilet paper. I went to the lobby to get both and was told they ran out of tissue. One soap bar for both the shower & sink!? Those are little things, but add them to the poorly maintained property and outdated room, and it left an overall negative impression.

Loved the property, seemedold and it appeared mngt was prioritizing repairs and upkeep. Seemed as if room was not properly seen to previously, very clean but missing cups for coffee or water and one little trash can in bathroom. No chairs at all in room.

Our room was fully trashed. No housekepplyng. Found a white powder residue apparatus on the desk. Back door was unlocked. The bed was striped and pulled away from the wall. All towels were soiled. Found band aids stuck to the spa tub . Multiple garbage bags. Beer cans and a cell phone. I went to the front desk. Dude was rude AF. Offered me clean sheets and towels for 50%. The room was contaminated!!! Dude offered me a cancellation. I said yes. Yet I was still charged for 2 night. Because dude was so inept he didn't check us out. I spend 2-3 times more for a room to escape. Never never stay here! I booked this room 2 months prior. This should have never happened. Thankfully Fairfield inn in bend was able to accommodate us. At double the price. The room was clean the staff was wonderful. Do not stay at the Shiloh inn. EVER. I am calling the health department for a full investigation. This place is unsafe!
