The dining table seats eight, with four more at the kitchen counter, making mealtime a breeze in the well-stocked kitchen. Plus, the laundry room is conveniently located right off the kitchen—ideal for handling post-adventure cleanups!

Parents will love the spacious main-level king ensuite, offering privacy and a relaxing tub/shower combo. Kids will be thrilled with their own space in the bunk room, featuring two sets of twin bunks perfect for sleepovers. The upstairs bonus room provides extra hangout space with a sleeper sofa, a large TV, and even a DVD/VCR for classic movie nights. The third bedroom has a queen bed, while the fourth offers two queens—plenty of room for extended family or friends.

Step outside to the large deck, fire up the BBQ, and enjoy outdoor dining while the kids play. End the day with a soothing soak in the private hot tub under the stars. With seven adult bikes included, the whole family can easily cruise to the Village at Sunriver for shopping, dining, or a sweet treat. AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
