Very charming townhouse in Carvajal, Benalmádena, with 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. Swimming pool, tennis court, communal parking and walking distance to the beach where you have several very nice beach restaurants.
The house consists of a living room with sofa and arm chair, dining table, open plan fully fitted kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle) and an amazing west facing covered terrace with beautiful sea views with another dining table.
There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each. The master bedrooms has a private balcony with nice views. 2 complete bathrooms, one with a bath tub and one with a walk in shower. There is another terrace at the entrance of the house with morning sun.
The community offers a swimming pool, communal parking just outside the house and a tennis court.
The accommodation is equipped with washing machine, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, air conditioning throughout the house. We provide bedlinen and towels.
The train station in Carvajal is 20 minutes walk away and from here you have direct trains for example to the airport, Málaga city and the center of Fuengirola. The beach is only 400 meters away. A short walk away the 7 km long beach promenade of Fuengirola starts, where you can enjoy lovely walks and bike rides all year round and along which you have a number of good restaurants and cafés to choose from.
