Fantastic for two to four persons

We had a wonderful stay. Everything is just cozy. 🤗 The communication with the owner is top class. The distance to everything is a little bit long without a car. But Taxa is not expensive. The indoor space is small and a little bit old , especially the kitchen is small BUT with max four persons it’s perfect Thank you Patty for a wonderful stay

This is a very nice apartment but location is remote. We were unable to continue our stay there as we did not have a car. it is essential to have a car even to get to the supermarket. Location was very hilly and not close to amenities.

Girls break

This penthouse apartment is lovely and just what we were after for a week in the sun. The rooftop terrace made our holiday as we didn’t really go out much because the location was a bit further away from everything than expected. The supermarket was pretty close by but not for walking back with the essentials, ie water, juice, milk as too heavy to carry. Would definitely return

Unas vacaciones muy tranquilas!

Nos hemos sentido muy comodas en el apartamento. La terraza ha sido excelente, preciosas vistas y tiene todo los necesario para pasar una tarde con amigos o familia. Hay muchas playas cercanas pero es recomendable ir en coche por esa zona. Los propietarios/personal de check in han sido muy atentos, siempre disponibles y nos han dado muchas recomendaciones para salir aunque hemos preferido pasar las noches en la terraza en vez de ir a bares o chiringuitos Lo unico que me gustaria destacar seria la limpieza, ha dejado mucho que desear... Por lo demas nos hemos sentido como en casa, totalmente recomendable! Gracias!

Just back from a lovely week staying at the Penthouse. The children loved the swimming pool especially having the opportunity to use it in the evenings. The roof top terrace was fabulous. The apartment complex is very well maintained and really peaceful and quiet. Although some people recommended needing a car we used the bus which was a short hilly walk from the apartment and we were able to visit the marina and the coast very easily.

Amazing roof top deck

The roof top deck was fabulous. We enjoyed it everyday. The kitchen was too small to work in but we didn't need it much. The rest of the apartment served its purpose just fine. The pool was great with shady spots. The only downside for us was that nothing was walking distance, we had to drive everywhere. The roof top deck made up for it. We had a lovely stay.

Typical Costa del Sol apartment with an awesome rooftop deck

Our family of 4 had a good stay here, the apartment was as advertised. Good location in Torrequebrada in a quiet neighborhood. Parking space in the attached parking garage is great. Apartment is 3 floors up but there’s an elevator if you need it. The wall unit air conditioner in the living room/lounge works great and keeps the apartment cool. The bedrooms are not air conditioned, there’s a portable swamp cooler unit in one of the bedrooms but it’s more of a fan than anything else, so in the hotter summer months it might be hot. The best part about this apartment is its spacious rooftop deck with its beautiful view. It’s a huge space with lots of places to lounge and gather. The apartment grounds are very well maintained and the pool is very nice. You can have a nice holiday here!

We have just returned after a wonderful stay at this apartment. We found the apartment easily using our Sat Nav and was met by Sandra on behalf of the owners Patty and Thierry. It is exactly as per the pictures which is always nice and they can be somewhat enhanced. It was nice and clean, with a small but functional kitchen as I wasn't planning on cooking a 3 course meal it was fine, there wasn't a kettle on our arrival but one was provided very quickly after I contacted the owner. We found the beds very comfortable, great to have the shutters on so you're not woken by the full sun too early. As for the roof terrace it is amazing, our son loved the hammock. I just loved the tranquility of it with the lovely view of the sea esp evening time as the sun goes down. The only disappointment we had was that the communal pool only opens Fri/Sat and Sunday during May which we were not made aware of upon booking. Location good with a car so many places to visit within a 30 min drive. Thierry and Patty sent through helpful information before our arrival, restaurants, shops, places etc which is always nice. We would def recommend this apartment for a nice chilled break in the sun. Thank you Thierry, Patty & Sandra for a great stay.

Disappointing

Our first impression was that the property seemed smaller than it appeared on photographs, the photographer has done a good job of making it look stunning. The kitchen was very small and inadequate, no available food preparation area. The bathroom would benefit from a little TLC, tiles and shower screen were a little neglected. The bed was ‘strange’ it felt like we were sleeping on a trampoline, as one of us moved the other was bounced around! and the pillows (or cushions to be precise) were far too small and soft. There is a hairdryer but no electrical socket near to the huge mirror which made things a bit difficult. We stayed at the beginning of February and found the apartment very cold as it didn’t benefit from the sun, there is a heater in dining area but it wasn’t very efficient. The best part of the property was the large solarium, but again, the photographer managed to make it look all sparkly and luxurious which it isn’t, there was no way I would have put any food on the barbecue, and bringing food and drinks up and down the spiral staircase is not ideal. The area is very hilly, difficult at first but you do get used to it, there is an excellent supermarket and regular bus service (within hilly walking distance) not many places to eat and drink unless you take a long walk or a bus ride into main town.

Lovely terrace

The flat was clean and nice, large enough for a holiday with or without children. We weren't very lucky with the weather, but the terrace must be absolutely lovely on sunny and warm days. You definitely need a car to get around. The owners (Patty & Thierry) and the lady who hands over the keys (Sandra) are very kind and responsive.

Great time in a lovely penthouse

The penthouse was very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Very peaceful, away from the busy areas. We spent most of our time on the roof top terrace which was very spacious with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Great property for peace and quiet, rest and of course sun.

Lovely apartment with beautiful terrace

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean, well fitted out and the terrace is just perfect for relaxing and eating looking out over the sea. It's quite hilly around the area but we actually enjoyed that. 10-15 min walk down hill to bus stop/supermarket. Regular buses to Malaga/torremolinos or to fuengirola (we preferred beaches in that direction). 20 min walk to train station too. The complex itself is also very clean and well kept with a lovely pool open 10am- 9pm which is a good size and was never too crowded. They don't let you play with balls/inflatables which was fine for us but might be important to know for some families. Lovely welcome on arrival, and good support/information when we needed to find a doctor for our son. All in all, lovely apartment with good public transport links to local towns and beaches. Happy memories!

What a warm welcome from Sandra! The apartment was spotless and comfortable. The beds were really comfy. Everything you need is provided. The roof top terrace is perfect and we enjoyed restful afternoons up there soaking up the sun and wonderful views. Bbq and wine. The owners were very considerate with providing local information. Short cab ride to a stunning marina with plenty to do. I'm scared of heights so the staircase to the roof was a challenge but well worth it. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We stayed here for 1 week in mid February. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The beds were lovely and comfortable. The owner speaks good written English and we were met by someone on our arrival (even though we moved the time forward shortly before scheduled arrival) The roof terrace is lovely, big open space all to yourself with a hammock and comfy sofa. There is a fixed BBQ and a portable one up there. We had our own car with us, so transport wasn't a problem, something to bear in mind. The kitchen is in keeping with the rest of the apartment, modern and well equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, large fridge freezer, plenty of pots and pans, electric Hob but no oven. This didn't bother us at all. The whole place is nicely decoratedvand we felt really at home there. Excellent value for money and we would definitely stsy again and recommend to others. We got our deposit back in full within a few days of leaving.

Wonderfull views from an amazing rooftop terrace

The penthouse was very clean, well equipped but the gem was the very large roof top terrace, which had wonderful views of the mountains and the sea. Half was under cover half was open to the sun, but was not overlooked. Had a great sound system on the terrace, so you can just plug you iPhone in or any device and listen to your favourite tunes. The air conditioning was a god send as the temperatures exceeded 34 degrees. Quite area but lose to supermarket, beach, restaurants and bars. Great location to get to some great beaches and quaint old towns. Cant wait to re-book. The pool area was very clean, along with the pools. Vary quiet and many times had it to ourselves. Great accessibility with ramps to all levels or lifts, although only 3 floors maximum.

Perfect apartment and perfect views.

Stayed for 5 nights with my family. Total of 5 of us. The apartment was perfect for our needs. The roof terrace is amazing and doubles the entire space. Only problem we had was with the fridge which stopped working, but this seemed to fix it self. The lady who looks after the apartment was brilliant and helped us as soon as the fridge broke. Only downside I couldn't speak Spanish to her ha! Thanks for your great communication and maybe back next year.

Beautiful place, really hospitable owners

We had a great time. The property is really as per the pictures: lovely and the view is 100% worth it. Beds are most comfortable i have experienced so far. We were very well cared for all along our stay and there is so much to do in the area that there is reason for us to come back. Places not to miss: Mijas, Ronda, embalse del condo de guadalhorce, caminito del rey(reserve 2 months ahead), Benalmádena pueblo, parque de la paloma, Fuengirola beach (so blue even spotted Nemo near the rocks), Castillo Colomares and so much more. Only be aware: no oven in the house, only hob and microwave Thanks to Patty and Thierry we had a lovely stay

La procédure d'accueil était parfaite, instructions claires, envois d'informations pertinentes. Aucun problèmes avec le logements et la terrasse est effectivement superbe. Juste un bémol, je pense que l'ajout de ventilateurs de plafonds dans les chambres seraient un plus car la soi-disant clim de la chambre est invivable (surtout que c'est abordable https://www.create-store.com/fr/2401-acheter-ventilateurs-de-plafond ).La résidence est calme, relaxante et super bien entretenue (comme tout en Espagne).Comme d'autres commentaires, parking un peu difficile, mais il suffit de marcher un peu (un parking dans la résidence serait un gros avantages, surtout pour se protéger du soleil et ne pas avoir des voitures surchauffées).Cuisine assez petite mais il y a plus que le nécessaire en vaisselle !

Fijn verblijf

Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het appartement ligt in een rustige woonwijk buiten het centrum. Met de auto is alles snel bereikbaar. Parkeren op straat, parkeren soms lastig. Het appartement is compact. Fijne bedden.Dakterras is bereikbaar via smalle wenteltrap, maar zeker de moeite waard. Goede communicatie met eigenaar.
