Hotel is nice , the breakfast buffet and the restaurant are first class ! The staff is very nice ! The location is nice and safe , around great restaurants and shops! My only few negative are that the towels are very used and old, pillows feel cheap and uncomfortable , the bed mattress is kind hard and the bathroom needs a update !

Minha estadia foi, no geral, boa. O quarto estava relativamente limpo e o banheiro também, o que contribuiu para uma experiência confortável. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com boas opções para começar o dia. A equipe de funcionários foi educada, porém tive um problema com o serviço de arrumação do quarto. Eu havia agendado para um horário específico, mas eles chegaram cerca de duas horas depois, justamente quando eu já tinha retornado ao quarto, o que acabou impedindo a realização da limpeza naquele dia. No geral, foi uma experiência positiva, mas a pontualidade no serviço de quarto poderia ser melhor para evitar esse tipo de inconveniente.
