The hotel itself is simple and sufficient for a short-term stay. I was very displeased by the attitude of the two women receptionists I encountered there. I arrived early (around 7-8am) and was told that I would need to pay a half-day fee for checking in early (checkin is at 2pm). I was exhausted and so paid to get access to my room (this policy in general should be reconsidered: I understand its purpose during busy seasons, but my room and half of the hotel was empty when I arrived that day...I paid extra to get access to something that was already available). The recepcionist needs much improvement. However, my colleague who arrived and checked in at 10am did NOT have to pay the early check-in fee, which was unfair/inconsistent. In the end, the recepcionist also forgot to charge me for a whole day during checkin and I had to pay again during checkout. She was unapologetic and didn't accept responsibility for her error. Because of the poor attitude and unsatisfactory customer service by this woman, I will NOT be returning to this hotel in the future. The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of less for overall experience was that the other members of the staff were professional and helpful. The friendly man in the dining room allowed us to borrow some spoons and reheat leftover food from a restaurant in the evening in the microwave. The doorman and the man at the front desk during the evening were courteous and kind, and they answered our questions about the city.

Hotel Boulevard Park

Only hotel we could find that wasnt booked. Massively overpriced for a three star hotel. Room was small, but comfortable. We were just here to see Ouro Preto but it is too far from the bus station to walk. Bad looking neighborhood, definitely would not go walking around at night. Breakfast was very average.

Experiência boa em geral!

Logo de início, tive um problema com a hospedagem, haja vista que o hotel reservado (Boulevard Park) está desativado. Em razão disso, tive que ligar para outro hotel da rede (Boulevard Plaza), sendo minha reserva redirecionada para o local. Por mais que o problema tenha sido solucionado, acabei passando um mini perrengue, tendo que pegar outro Uber para me direcionar para o novo local da hospedagem, fora o susto de reserva um hotel e ele estar desativado. Ainda sobre esse ponto, importante dizer que somente por volta das 17h do dia da hospedagem, ou seja, após a realização do check in, recebi um e-mail informando sobre o redirecionamento da reserva. Sem dúvidas, se esse e-mail tivesse sido enviado antes teria evitado meu deslocamento ao hotel desativado. De qualquer forma, o hotel em que me hospedei é muito bem localizado, mas poderia melhorar em alguns pontos, principalmente na limpeza do filtro do ar condicionado e na manutenção dos ralos do banheiro, já que estes estavam entupidos e geraram uma verdadeira lagoa no banheiro. O café da manhã é ótimo!!! Pra quem não é extremamente exigente, assim como eu, e quer pagar um preço razoável por uma hospedagem rápida em uma boa localização em BH vale a pena sim ficar no hotel.

Hotel Boulevard Park está fechado recebi um e-mail encaminhado para o Hotel Boulevard Plaza um local muito aconchegante, excelente profissionais deste a recepção ao porteiro que cuida da garagem. O quarto bem limpo, além disso muito espaçoso com uma vista linda para a cidade . O café da manhã é bom, mas deveria ter mais opções de variedades. O local de fácil acesso possui comércios, lanchonetes e bares próximo. Super recomendo.

Minha estadia neste hotel foi incrível! Muito boa! Eu tinha reservado no Boulevard Park, mas assim que realizei a reserva, já me avisaram que eu iria me hospedar no Boulevard Plaza. O ar-condicionado é aqueles de janela, mas não me atrapalhou em nada meu sono e gela muito. Café da manhã com muita variedade e muito gostoso. Com certeza, voltarei mais vezes.

AO CHEGAR NO LOCAL, DESCARREGAMOS O CARRO E DEPARAMOS COM O HOTEL VAZIO, FECHADO COM CORRENTES E UMA PLACA AVISANDO QUE FICARÍAMOS EM OUTRO HOTEL DA MESMA REDE. A reserva foi feita neste hotel, porém recebi um email no qual eu deveria ir para outro da mesma rede, Boulevard Plaza. Escolhi o Boulevard Park pela localização, então, ponto negativo de oferecer um hotel que está desativado. Ao realizar check in, o atendente diz que ganhei um "upgrade", pois este outro hotel era mais caro e supostamente tinha acomodações melhores. Este Boulevard Plaza tem uma localização privilegiada para quem tem interesse em acomodações no coração do bairro Savassi, porém só tem isso mesmo. Toda a estrutura do hotel e a mobília da acomodação estão paradas nos anos 80. Nenhuma preocupação com o conforto do hóspede. A suposta cama de casal é na verdade duas de solteiro unidas por um velcro sobre os colchões, o ar condicionado é daqueles bem antigos que parece que tem uma turbina de avião dentro do quarto (além da gastação de energia ne), o chuveiro é também antigo e cospe água em você pelos buracos que tem saída. Tinha cabelo no chão do banheiro e o box estava sujo. A descarga é daquelas que gasta milhões de litros d'água por acionamento. Ao abrir a torneira da pia, a água primeiro saiu marrom, antes de sair transparente, mostrando novamente que toda a instalação do prédio é a mesma desde sempre. A tv do quarto supostamente teria canais, acredito que agora sendo antena digital, essa tv nem isso tenha, não serve para nada. Apesar do café da manhã ser bem servido, o restaurante estava largado e com mobília entulhada nos cantos. Aguardando o upgrade até agora.

O hotel não está funcionando e fui direcionada para outro imóvel que fica a 1,2 km aproximadamente. Não recebi nem um e-mail de aviso previamente, só descobri quando cheguei no local e li o cartaz na porta. O ar condicionado do quarto que ficamos é bem barulhento e nem deu pra ficar ligado durante a noite. Fora isso a localização é bem boa e quarto estava limpo.

Fraco! Hotel antigo, o hall aparentemente reformado deixa uma boa primeira impressão. Mas é só isso! No quarto o ar condicionado não esfriava, no banheiro o vaso sanitário estava manchado que parecia sangue. O café da manhã fraquíssimo! Eu havia reservado para ficar novamente na volta a BH, porém cancelei. Melhor ficar num Íbis.
