The room was lovely, and Jon, the owner, was very helpful and friendly. We were a little disappointed with the toilet facilities—being a glamping site, we were expecting standard toilets rather than compost toilets. For this reason, we rated our stay 4 stars.

Lovely tents, but there is no shade. The showers were dirty and full of spiders, as were the drop-toilets. This could be made into a better experience with the addition of a shaded communal hang-out area with fairy lights in trees, fire pit, games set up etc. As it stands this should be labelled camping, with a lower price point. The “continental breakfast” is just plate of croissants.

John was the best host and he was very accommodating with all of our requests! It was our first time glamping, and because of John, we had a blast!
