Whilst very clean the room was very cramped in size. The worst thing was the shower only a dribble of water from the shower head & after a few minutes the water turned cold. Not even enough pressure in the shower to wash your hair.

It was so well maintained, very very clean, you can see all the profits go back into the property.the only thing I can recommend to the owners, bigger tv and add Netflix.i well be going again, fantastic place very peaceful, great for people who have kids,this is a farm with animals, the kids will love it,I searched the internet for accommodations in portarlington, and this ticked all the boxes.

Really loved the comfortable bed! Our room was spotlessly clean. Enjoyed having a spa. We found that water from the shower (no door) made the bathroom floor very wet and slippery.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The room was modern and well presented. In our opinion two things needed service. The air conditioning was not working well. We had the temperature control on maximum but the room was still not warm enough. The other thing that needed attention was the refrigerator. It was very iced up and although the control was at maximum the contents were not well chilled.

Nice spot, short drive in to town or St Leonards. The farm animals are a great addition. The owner is lovely. Repeat customers. Will be back again. Tip; would be nice to have a continental breakfast for all stays! Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

Great Hosts

Pauline was very welcoming. The room was very clean. A little cramped but fine for our two night stay. We found the shower temperature hard to regulate on this occasion very convenient to the Golf Club.
