"The beds were dirty, the shampoo, conditioner, and soap bottles were empty, and the toilet paper had already been used. It rained for about 2 hours, and in the restaurant/cafeteria the water was leaking and running all over the floor without any warning or safety signs, which was very dangerous for guests. The service from the staff member who attended us was very poor. We reserved 4 rooms and spent around $700 at the restaurant for dinner alone. To make things worse, one of the rooms had no working air conditioning, and they were not able to move us to another room until 10:00 PM. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience"
