People were fabulous, rooms were spacious and well equipped. We booked last minute and ended up in one of the accessibility rooms. Generally not fussed over that, until I took a shower. The amount of black and orange mold on the help pulls, the tile grout, the floor and the safety equipment made me immediately get out and not shower again. We were only booked in two nights, and the hotel was full, so no point asking for another room. I did tell the front desk, who sent someone up while we were out the first night, and there was no visible change when we returned. To top things off, we booked the breakfast for our checkout morning, and the trend continued. The lids of the ketchup and HP bottles on most of the tables were covered in hard, dried on sauce. The yogurt seemed to have been left out and was warm and runny and the grapes in the fruit cup had browned. A shame to have what seems like a great facility with such fabulous people be so lacking in cleanliness I will never return.
