J. P. Helped me with check in… He was helpful and accommodating… Got settled in our room quickly… No muss no fuss. We spoke with Palma before we left in the morning… She was also very helpful and friendly… Easy to deal with.

My second stay here in 8 days. I probably would not have come back if it wasn’t pre-booked with no refund option. Similar issues and a new one. Property hallways and rooms were overly perfumed in what I assume is an attempt to cover up smell. It was very strong and hard to relax. No remote for TV. Carpet in rooms were torn in multiple places, bathroom floor was obviously not cleaned or even swept as there was a penny on the floor. Building was unsecured as the back door was zip tied so that it was always open, no card access needed to enter building.

Do not stay if you are looking for safety and rest

This stay was not one I ever want to do again. The walls are so thin we weren’t able to get any sleep. I attempted to ask the front desk to be moved and had not response. The sheets are paper thin. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The water in the sink ran. The window lock was broken. The furniture is dirty and old.

My room was dusty, especially on the night stand and telephone. I liked that you had an ironing board, plus a nice hair dryer. The quality of the sheets were bad. Synthetc, slippery, cheap sheets, kept pulling off the corners and i had to get out of bed and put the corner that pulled off, back on. Horrible sheets

Very nice room. Beds are very comfortable. WiFi worked well. I didn't expect a room at this price point to have a microwave oven, refrigerator, and a coffee maker. Although I didn't use it, I appreciate having a wardrobe. It seems a lot of hotels are getting rid of them. Check-in was easy. I would stay here again.

The room was satisfactory but the staff was less than friendly and less than helpful. Even though the reservation had been paid for through a third party booking agency, they required my card be run in case of incidentals and placed a $77.00 charge on it. They said the charge would be reversed if there were no incidentals. There were no incidentals, but instead of the $77.00 be reversed and refunded, it was posted 8 days after our one night stay. I called the hotel to remedy the issue and was given the run around by the person who answered the phone. Beware and watch your credit card account after staying here.

Good place to stay.

We traveled from Denver with our stop overnight in Beaver before heading to Las Vegas. The only complaint I had was the heater in room 201 didn’t work. I was too tired to call the front desk to let them know, but I left a note for housekeeping. It amazed me how quiet the room was. There’s a truck stop across the street from the hotel and we were in the first room next to the street. You were unable to hear any noise

It was okay. For the price I can’t complain too much but it was very noisy. You could feel and here every time someone closed a door and could hear the TVs next door. Beds were so-so. Friendly staff and while somewhat old, was very clean.
