The first room we were given had not been cleaned. We found black particles in the sheets and a 6 pack of used beer cans on top of the refrigerator. When we brought this to their attention, they immediately apologized and upgraded our room to another. This is customer servicr.. Besides this, we did not stay long or interact much with the staff. Got back on the road.

The rooms looked nice. I spent more money in order to get the king room with the jetted tub. All together it was about $170. The front staff was nice and the room itself was nice however my problems came with the tub and bed. I got into the tub and turned on the jets and this overwhelming smell of what seemed like sulfur came out. Anyone who knows what that smell is, it's hideous. I don't know if that's what it was, but I do know I've been in jetted tubs many a time and when I turn on the jets I don't smell something god awful. So I got out of the tub and had to take a shower because now I smell weird. The bed sheets and blankets were pilled really really badly. You may wake up in the middle of the night thinking someone broke in and is creepily sandpapering your entire body, but nope it's the sheets. The pillows were old, lumpy and uncomfortable. I paid extra for a tub I couldn't use and slept badly.

Exceptionally clean, quiet property location away from busy freeway, complete with landscaped patio … spacious room with jetted tub ~ all for a very reasonable rate. Would definitely stay again!
Front office staff was very efficient and friendly. Room very clean, bedding clean and crisp. Nicely made bed. Property is a little dated- although lobby is modern and inviting. Appreciate the toiletries and the “clean” remote control for TV. Overall a good value, great location, friendly staff. Recommended.
