Super Clean, Snug 2BR: By Geneva College, Fire Pit, Big TV & NFL Ticket!

5/5 Excellent

"Outstanding and convenient location. Super cozy and quaint …. with perfect room for 4 adults plus a pet! Comfy furniture and a reserved parking space in front of the property was a winner! The whole home was stocked with the typical and standard last minute items just in case you forget anything. This was super helpful and thoughtful! Open floor plan kitchen was easy to use and stocked with necessary kitchenware as well!Totally recommend for a small and intimate group or anyone needing a close-to-campus stay! Great hosts were super helpful and communicative as well!"

4/5 Good

"The building is quite old, but has been updated nicely, and the cleaning staff does a great job! The pool is amazing! It's the largest we've seen in any hotel or vacation condo in the past 10 years. There is also a hot tub. Breakfast was included - a pleasant surprise since it was not mentioned in any information we saw online. We got the impression that the current owners or managers have recently acquired the property and are still figuring things out - they were trying to keep up with towel demand, there were hand-written signs in a few places, and the staff was more casual than professional in their dress and demeanor. The room we had didn't have any towel bars, which I think is necessary when you've got a pool, and we only saw one luggage cart. I would suggest a sign be placed next to the street at the entrance, so it's easier to find, particularly after dark. Overall a good experience, we would definitely consider another stay in the future, and recommend it for others. I expect their presentation and service will get even better as they gain experience, and if they take guest recommendations to heart."
