The room was spacious and spotless, even the corners of the bathroom were clean! Despite being fully occupied, it was very, very quiet; never heard a sound from other rooms. Staff are friendly and helpfull. Why only "good": The hot tub was out of order. I appreciate the use of shampoo/body wash dispensers, but ours was empty. It's a great hotel and we plan on returning

Room didnt have any typical amenities like shampoo or conditioner. Hot tub was closed for the season which should be indicated on their website. Staff announced the room number out loud...which i dont believe is common practice for safety reasons. The restaurant was closed so we felt trapped there with no food and no soap. Just overall not worth the trip.
