Welcome to this unique property where modern and contemporary styles blend in a bright, inviting space.



On the ground floor, you’ll find a living area with a dining space and a lounge equipped with a television. The fully equipped kitchen extends this area and opens onto a furnished terrace—perfect for sharing meals and relaxing on sunny days.



On the same level is the first bedroom for two guests, and between floors, a cozy cabin-style room for one person.



Upstairs, a mezzanine relaxation area leads to the master suite with its own shower room.



On the top floor, a rooftop terrace lets you enjoy the sun to the fullest.



You’re just a few minutes’ walk from the village center with shops, Saint-Michel beach, and the large Valentin beach stretching to Le Croisic.
