This charming 100m² house, bathed in natural light, welcomes you for an unforgettable stay with family or friends. Upon your arrival, you will discover a vast living room with a large table to share meals, and a relaxation area ideal for getting together after a busy day. A television is available for your movie nights or to follow your favourite events.

The independent kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious little dishes: induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and all essential utensils.

Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of three comfortable bedrooms. The first has a Queen Size bed (160x200), the second a double bed (140x190), and the third is perfect for children with its bunk beds (90x190). A bathroom with shower completes the floor. For added convenience, a laundry room with a second shower is also available on the ground floor: ideal for returning from the beach!
