Very central and in a beautiful lication

Very central and in a beautiful location. This hotel offers everything we needed. It is modern minimalist but having all you could need. Will definitely use it again.

Great hotel but the mattress is hard!

On arrival we loved this hotel. Staff friendly & helpful. The room was great & very clean and cleverly designed & laid out for a small space. We were really impressed until we went to bed! We had an awful nights sleep on a very hard mattress, which is such a shame as it has changed our opinion on the hotel. On check out I mentioned it to the lady at the desk & I am obviously not the first person to complain about the uncomfortable bed. On my next stay she said to let them know & they will put a mattress topper on! I would recommend this hotel as I think it is in a great location & is clean & well appointed. Such a shame that the mattress situation has left me feeling like I have pulled an all nighter! Obviously sleep is a huge part of the stay. I may give it another go but will definitely be asking for a mattress topper!

The staff were very friendly and the hotel clean but the room was so cramped. Would have been fine for one person but not for two. Bed against the wall so had to climb over each other!

The staff was very helpful and cheerful. We had a hard time finding the parking lot they suggested, and they were very helpful in aiding us. The location is a little confusing to find since it is located on a plaza with pedestrian and limited car traffic, but the location is great for getting around Bath

The room was relatively clean except one of the mugs in the room had not been cleaned. There was a pill/tablet in it from whoever stayed in the room before. I don't think the breakfast was worth it for about £15. As vegans we had really limited options and I found it a bit chaotic in the communal area with there being only a small surface with the food so it felt hard to access things with more than two people standing next to each other, and people walking through to leave the hotel as well. There were limited tables and chairs for the time we got breakfast as well. We chose to get breakfast elsewhere on the second day.

Gymnastics for a Senior? No thanks.

Beds were NOT walk-around, with the long side of the queen up against the wall. This made it damned difficult for a couple of 74-year olds, having to crawl over the other in the middle of the night. That should somehow be indicated.

A great spot to stay in the center of Bath. Easy to get to everything in the city center. This hotel features small, pod like rooms. However, the comfort, cleanliness, newness and well thought out details and design make it terrific. I suggest prepayment of breakfast. It is also very quiet with great mattresses. The staff, but for a shift, were happy to serve. Accommodating.

Good place in Bath

Very high-tech place. Good location, quiet. Enough space in room. Shower and toilet have partially frosted glass walls. Some may find this uncomfortable.
