Staff were great- sorted out a different room for us on arrival as needed a bed with space at the end to accommodate 6ft5 husband. However the bed was so hard and uncomfortable it affected my stay because we were there for three nights. So great location and staff but the bed was so uncomfortable we didn’t t sleep at all well. On that basis wouldn’t stay again

This was really modern, convenient, and exceptional value for money. It was exactly what I needed for a one night stay although I would have no problem staying longer. It's compact but cleverly designed.

Room was snug but cozy, glad I picked a room with a window. Staff were excellent, very friendly. Hotel was in a good position, central to everything. Well worth the money. Breakfast we had one day to see how it was, it was ok but my son who is 9 years old didn’t really fancy anything bit the fruit. Over all a brilliant hotel and would definitely recommend.

Photo in the Expedia ad would suggest that it is an old row home converted. The row homes are from outside the Royal Crescent NOT the hotel. This is a pod style hotel. Wide as our bed is long. Our room was windowless but with all the power indicators on the devices and airconditioner etc meant it was not black as anticipated. Good breakfast! Join club Z for free and get free wine and cheese in the evening. Worth it.
