A really nice boutique style hotel. Old, quaint, clean and comfortable. Part of its charm was also its only disadvantage - no lift to the upper floors. Carrying heavy suitcases wasn’t easy, but I’m sure a porter would have helped had we asked. Lovely stay and we would certainly recommend it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I highly recommend it! The modern decor provided a fresh and inviting atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. It really felt like they genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. The quality of the food and drinks was also impressive; everything I tried was delicious and well-prepared. The hotel is in a great position and is directly next to a car park making it easy to park. The hotel staff were all lovely and welcoming and got shown to our room. The only bit that wasn’t made clear before we booked was that they take £50 as a holding fee (which you get back if you don’t order anything) but it would be nice to make it clear to guests beforehand. All in all our stay was magical in bath and staying at the Hotel Indigo helped make our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately the bed was as hard as a rock, the staff was a bit grumpy upon checking in. Side note- Overall the city is for tourists and not the experience we thought it would be.

Very pleasant and comfortable even though we were in an attic room. A bit hot up there, but there was aircon. I had to step in the bath to open the bathroom window, but the place was so nice I didn't mind. Lovely staff and the concierge car service was a bonus. Central location. Excellent.
