Viniendo por Storyland, o al aire libre, este es el lugar para ti!

Bienvenido a Anderark, nuestra casa de la familia en las montañas blancas. La propiedad es una casa histórica de Sears de 1920. No solamente 75k fueron construidos en toda América (desde principios de 1900 hasta alrededor de 1940). Es muy encantador y pintoresco, pero cómodo y acogedor.

Estamos ubicados en el corazón de Bartlett. Eso significa que se encuentra a media milla de distancia de cientos de millas de senderos para caminatas, esquí de fondo y motos de nieve, además de caminar hasta el río Saco. Desde la ventana de la cocina se puede ver a las pistas de esquí de Attitash Mountain - que está a sólo dos minutos en coche por la carretera. ¡Y las familias interesadas en visitar Story Land estamos a menos de 10 minutos de distancia!

Venga a quedarse en un hogar donde puede "comer" cocinando en una cocina totalmente nueva, completamente equipada, o use nuestra gran "plancha" al aire libre donde puede hacer desayuno / hamburguesas directamente en nuestro porche cubierto. Para aquellos que buscan "salir a comer", aprovechen los excelentes restaurantes del Valle. De cualquier forma, ¡este lugar te hará sentir como si estuvieras en casa!

También tenemos un bonito patio para que los niños jueguen, completo con un columpio de árbol y una ducha al aire libre. Y aquellos que buscan intercambiar historias y bebidas en torno a un incendio, ¡también tenemos un pozo de fuego!

Amazing accommodation

This is an incredibly charming home that met all our needs. My husband is from UK and was not familiar with Sears homes, so it was fun to introduce him and our kids to this piece of American history! Summer getaway

Amazing location just north of the hustle and bustle of downtown North Conway. House is nothing fancy, but is in great shape and was perfect for our family’s annual vacation. The firepit in the side yard is perfect to unwind after a day of adventure.

Great for Ski Trip

We stayed during a weekend trip to Attitash. The house was a quick drive (3-4 minutes) and well outfitted. We were able to prepare all meals, do laundry and there was plenty of space for a family of 4. Great setup for those with younger kids--kids can get to sleep upstairs and adults can hang out downstairs.

Beautiful 20's era house. Nicely updated kitchen. Bathrooms were almost an afterthought back in that era so it's a little cramped compared to modern houses but workable. Loved the porch.

Great base to visit Storyland. Enjoyed making a fire in the backyard with the kids and having smores. The Conway train turn around spot is within walking distance. The kids enjoyed watching the train turn around.
