Nestled in the lively main square, you’ll find yourself in the heart of local life, with supermarkets, restaurants, parks, and hiking/biking trails all just a stone’s throw away. It’s the perfect place to explore the beautiful Maresme area, indulge in delicious local food, and soak in the surrounding scenery. A direct bus to Barcelona is just a 5-minute walk away and gets you to the city in 30-40 minutes—making it easy to explore without needing a car. This semi-renovated historic townhouse beautifully preserves much of its original 16th-century charm, with stunning stone walls and wooden beamed ceilings. While there is no air conditioning, the thick stone walls naturally help keep the house cool and comfortable even in the warm summer months.

Ground Floor:
Directly accessible from the square.

A charming bedroom with a double bed, keeping its original character, can be accessed directly from the street via a private entrance.
A small, cozy bathroom with a shower, WC, and sink.
Upstairs:
Accessible by two staircases leading to a small, tranquil patio.
Retains its original features, including:
A bedroom with a double bed and views of the town square.
A bedroom with two single beds, also with views of the square.

Important Notes
Steep and Narrow Stairs: The stairs leading to the upstairs and patio are narrow and steep, so the house may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Given the home's rich 17th-century history, some dust from the original wooden beams and historic stone walls is unavoidable. While much of the house has been fully renovated and thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, a small amount of dust may still appear during your stay. For guests with allergies, please be aware that this is part of the home’s authentic charm, and unfortunately, it cannot be entirely prevented.

Tapas Café/Bar:
Right outside the house, you’ll find a lovely café/tapas bar—perfect for enjoying a drink and mingling with the locals. In the evenings, you might hear lively conversations, especially on warm nights.

Parking & Transport

Dropping off luggage: You can stop in the Village Square to unload your bags. You may find an available space here, but please be aware that spaces are limited and it is a paid zone during the day.

Free Parking: There is a free parking area (Can Bus) a 6-minute walk away; please refer to the map in the photos section.
Note: If you cannot find a spot in the free area, you can look for street parking nearby. As this is an old village with narrow streets, finding a space can vary depending on the time or day.

Excellent transport links: There is a direct bus into Barcelona city centre (Moventis 805) just a 5-minute walk away (30–40 min journey). You can also take a short trip to the Vilassar de Mar coast and train station (take the Moventis 803 bus to reach the station).
