This elegant villa is located just 25 minutes from Barcelona, close to a beautiful natural reserve, perfect for hiking, and only 10 minutes by car from the beaches of the Maresme coast, known for their excellent restaurants. Set on top of a hill, the property enjoys spectacular sea and mountain views.

Perfect for families and groups of friends, the villa offers spacious interiors, air conditioning, a private swimming pool, barbecue area, garden and a trampoline for children.

The house is distributed over two floors. On the main floor you will find a bright living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms with air conditioning, a complete bathroom with shower, and a guest toilet. The upper floor features two additional double bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and dressing room, plus a second living room with a TV.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, with the possibility of adding 2 extra beds for a maximum of 12 guests. Please contact us if your group is larger.

Outside, the property offers two different levels: the upper terrace includes the barbecue, outdoor dining area, garden and trampoline, while the lower terrace features the private swimming pool, solarium and sun loungers.

A baby cot and high chair are available on request (subject to availability). Free Wi-Fi, a security alarm and free street parking are provided.

The village centre is only a 3-minute drive away, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants and all essential services. Premià de Mar offers the nearest beaches and marina, while Mataró, just 10 minutes away, has a large shopping centre and a wide range of leisure and dining options. Barcelona Airport is 40 km away and Girona Airport is 60 km away.

🏡 House Rules
Only registered guests are allowed to stay on the property. Please contact us if you wish to add more guests, we may have options to expand accommodation.
According to local regulations, all guests must present a valid ID or passport at check-in to complete the traveler registration.
Fires are only permitted in the designated barbecue area.
Do not access non-landscaped areas of the property.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Save energy: turn off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
The peace and quiet of the surrounding area must be respected at all times, especially during the neighbors` quiet hours. Parties, playing music, or making excessive noise are strictly prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. During these hours, jumping or diving into the pool, playing noisy games, or engaging in any loud outdoor activities is not permitted. If you wish to remain outdoors during quiet hours, you may use the pool only in a calm and respectful manner and keep conversations at a low volume.
🏊Pool Rules
To ensure the highest water quality, the pool is serviced every Friday morning. The maintenance technician will only access the pool area and will never enter the house. The pool is for swimming and relaxation only. Please do not eat, drink, or pour anything into the water. The use of glass bottles, glasses, or any other glass containers in the pool area is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Please keep the skimmer and filtration system free of any objects or debris. Jumping into the pool from walls, chairs, stairs, or any other structures not designed for this purpose is strictly prohibited, as is any behavior that may endanger people or damage the facilities. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The property accepts no responsibility for injuries resulting from the improper use of the facilities or any sports or leisure equipment.
💳 Payments and Deposits
A €1,000 security deposit is required via credit card upon arrival.
The deposit will be refunded to the same card within 7 days after check-out, once the property inspection is completed (Airbnb reservations are exempt).
Tourist tax not included: it must be paid at the rate applicable at the time of check-in. It applies per guest (aged 16 and over) and per night, with a maximum charge of seven nights. It is currently € 1.93 (the amount may change at any time in accordance with local regulations).
Unreturned key set: €200 charge.
Damaged or stained bed linen or towels (e.g., sunscreen, makeup, shoe marks, dye stains): €15 each.
The jacuzzi service must be paid upon arrival and must be booked for the entire duration of the stay; it is not possible to pay for individual days.

Check-in: from 16:00 to 01:00.
From 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, in-person check-in; after 8:00 PM, self check-in.
