This is an opulent 4-bedroom villa in Eixample. Located in the heart of Barcelona, it offers great luxury and comfort. It is ideal for big groups.

The villa is only 800m from the beach and very close to the happening streets and squares of the city like Balmes Street, Passeig de Gràcia Boulevard, Catalunya Square and Rambla de Catalunya. You will find restaurants and a supermarket 500m away.

The villa is a great example of modernist architecture. It has been refurbished and decorated beautifully. It also has a lift, air conditioning, and TV. You can get a cot and high chair on request. It offers bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels.

The train station is 300m away and El Prat airport is 20 km from here.
