The contact number provided by Expedia for the owner of the unit did not work, We had family member in country try to contact the owner with the provided number. We left several messages in Spanish and English. No call back or message. Then After our supposed stay we received other information. We had to sleep in our car the first night till we could get other accommodations!!! We never stayed.

Great apartment in Banos

The apartment is right in the center of town and close to restaurants, tour companies, the main plaza, etc. Freddy, the property manager was very helpful and was always available at a moment's notice. He provided a lot of good recommendations on things to do in the area. The owner didn't respond to my calls at first, but after leaving a written message on WhatsApp, he got back to me.
