Beautiful, clean rooms with an amazing view of the city! Great central location with easy access to many attractions, restaurants, cafes and there is a 7-11 and Starbucks attached to the hotel - so convenient! The all you can eat breakfast buffet was so plentiful and the hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend and would for sure stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok!

The staffs are great,helpful and friendly.The Room is spacious compared to what you paid.The air con is acceptable.If you are sensitive to the heat,you may need to be patient with the aircon to do its job.What I dislike the most is the so called Smart TV without any app pre installed ,whcih is also an old fasioned,if not out dated model. Generally speaking,the hardware especially the so called Smart Tv should be renewed.I deduct the star because of its hardware.
5 mins Walkable distance.Use EXIT 4 of the Ari station.

There is no shower door causing the bathroom to be always wet and dirty. I had to constantly cleaning the floor. Also there is no ventilation making the bathroom to be always damp making all my belongings in the bathroom to be wet.

The room was clean and comfortable with a great view of Bangkok. The staff were incredible! I had some difficulties with a food delivery service I used, and the staff personally took care of it, and found the delivery man several streets away! The Quarter Ari is located conveniently near great restaurants, coffee shops, and the local BTS train system.

The staff were wonderful and my room was lovely and clean. The rooftop pool was also a wonderful place to swim, and big enough for lengths. The Ari area has plenty of cool outdoor bar/restaurants and is a nice option if you want a quieter Bangkok visit. A small downside was breakfast. I still enjoyed it every day but the fried eggs were often cold, the bread for toast quite sweet and the butter difficult to use. There were lots of other options though, so three stars. One other thing: the sky bar had no beer. But the upsides definitely outweighed and I would stay here again. Thank you!

Wouldn’t stay agin but it’s ok and quite cheap.

Rooms are very large but dated. We could hear water from the next rooms bathroom (their shower/toilet/run off) constantly as the pipes are located within the main bedroom. Not within a roof cavity but actually inside the room. So it’s very loud, and quite yukky to listen too all night. The pool is nice as it’s open air on the roof top but very dated and poorly maintained. The gym is great although gets busy as they open it up to people who are not guests in the hotel. Wouldn’t book it again.

Spacious room, friendly staff, but needs upgrading

Service was great as staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and it had a reasonably good spread for breakfast for that price. But the furnishing of the hotel seems to be falling apart as you can see warped doors on the cupboards. I was assigned the highest floor which really loved the view, but unfortunately, it was leaking and the sound of water dripping into the room made it hard to sleep! The ceiling board also softened, causing the curtain frame to partially drop off as well, which was kind of dangerous too. The staff did promise to get it fixed after I checked out, so I hope they really manage to mend it. Whilst the rooms were generally quite clean, I still spotted a small cockroach in the toilet … hence overall the stay was not that pleasant afterall.
