The Quart Hotel Bangkok The room could have been cleaned better the walls and sofa were noticeably dirty. It was also quite noisy, and I couldn’t fall asleep until after 1 a.m. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked very well, and I liked the size and layout of the room. The location was perfect close to restaurants, the mall, and the Embassy, which made our stay convenient. Overall, it’s in a great area, but the cleanliness and noise level could definitely be improved.

I didn’t like that they charged me 400 baht for misplacing my luggage tag. It signaled more nickel and diming me on superfluities. The dining room looked from hunger. It was a 25 minute walk from anything interesting. The pool area was tiny and barely ticked the box for a pool.

We have requested for early check-in but the hotel cannot provide. We requested for late check-out but the hotel cannot provide. Hence, we told the hotel that we will give extra and they have charge THB 1200 for 4 hours. We paid for it. We took the suite room (the best it has to office) but the room is very standard and the heat from outside is so high that even the curtain doesn’t hold it. Cannot sleep in the room in the afternoon, so we had to go ahead outside shopping center to avoid the heat. The hotel needs to do some fixing with the window heat.
