The restroom with mold and the toilet seat lid is to small. The area around the air conditioner with a huge black mold. No kettle, and free coffee in the room.

Stay away! Cheaters!

The photos do not show the actual condition of the rooms. Dirty, stench, cockroaches, fleas jumping on the bed, unwashed bedding with sperm stains. We made a reservation for 4 nights, but upon arrival it turned out that the room we had paid for was not available. We were offered another room, dirty with unwashed bedding, cockroaches and a flea-infested bed. After filing a complaint, the receptionist sprayed the room with insecticide and said that in 10 minutes all the bugs would die, so you could use the room. However, we decided not to stay there and found another hotel. The owner did not want to return the money. He told me to contact hotels.com regarding this matter, claiming that only they can issue a refund. Actions taken by hotels.com did not help.

Full of cockroaches in the room, exterminated at least 4 within a few hours, & could still see some crawling around, especially from the bed frame. Bed frame & door was obviously faulty, cabinet & flooring was also dirty with visible black mark. Hotel staff are unfriendly & turn a blind eye to the room condition when putting up hotel guest for stay, images of room shown on booking page is extremely deceptive. There are hotel with much better condition around the area with the same approximate rate. Stay at your own risk!

Worst experience, worst location, worst staff. Dirty bedsheet. Overall very cheap hotel. Dont go with the photos. Its all photo shop.

Old hotel, dirty valley, stained bedsheet

It's a very old hotel, only few rooms renovated lokks clean. It's in the end of the valley, taxi and tuktuk cannot go in. You have pass by the very dirty and smelly valley. A lots of cockroach and rats around. The smell very strong and awful. The rooms are very old, the bedsheet is very old, u can see the stains on the bedsheet. When u ask to change room, they will tell u no room. In my case, my family stayed in level 5, u can see the bedhead is attached with the curtain. It's very unhappy to stay at the room like this.

Horrible!

Room not available upon checked-in but a real Thank God for first night as the subsequent night is HELL. Very old bedsheet & towel and the condition was rather disgusted.

Une nuit de transit au centre de Bangkok

Pour une nuit de transit à Bangkok. Hôtel Cozi Inn n’est pas mal par rapport au qualité/prix au centre de Bangkok pour une trentaine euros par nuit à côté de Bayoke.

Nice hotel close to.pratunam market

The best part of this hotel is that it is in the center of pratunam market, although no one seem to know where it is. I have to walk around the area 6 times before finding someone who actually know this hotel. It is in the alley across the 7-11. The down side, the hotel is far from the bts or the mrt. The closest bts is the chitlom, 30 mnt walk away. When i arrive, the room wasnt cleaned yet, so i have to wait around 20 mnt before it is presentable. The lift only goes until 7 floor. So, since my room is in the 8th floor, i have to walk up the stairs 1 more floor. The upside is they cleaned the room every day, they give me my daily bottle of water, they help me find a taxy to take me to don mueng at 4 o'clock in the morning, the hotel quite safe for a women ( i am a solo women traveler ), you can find all kind of food near the hotel.

A hidden treasure!

The hotel was understandably hard to find. It's location is in an extreamly busy alleyway that is more of a market than anything else. We called and the desk clerk came out to a neighboring hotel to guide us there. It was actually a nice surprise once we entered. The rooms were very comfortable and so quiet that I was surprised.

Over all everything is good.

First time, It is difficult to find the hotel because it is far away inside. However they are friendly, good location but the furnitures inside need to remodel a little bit.
