I have been coming back to this hotel during all my Trips for lay over, and they haven’t disappointed me. Staff are nice, location is very close to airport and the 24 hour shuttle makes it even easier. Good stay so far !

Looks good from pictures. Lobby and pool are decent. Shuttle to and from and location are good - close to a local market and a decent mall nearby. Once in the hallways and rooms, smells of raw sewage. Shower in upgraded room is challenging to use. Step into it is over 2’ and unless you are <4’ tall, can’t really use it. The water runs too hot and the bath water only runs cold. And there are no shower curtains so the washroom floods. Beds are funny thin mattresses on boards.

Staffs are nice and helpful as always. The room sewage system needs improvement for sure. The bathroom smell pretty bad. The rooms in the old building needs new showers fixtures. The design of the toilet which is right by the door when you open the door half way the door hits the toilet so if you are a huge person you will have a hard time getting in and out of the bathroom. There lots of huge mosquitoes flying all around my room since there is a huge gap at the door and pipe in the bathroom. I don't think they spray around the hotel to decrease insects. The driveway to the hotel is being renovated so the front of the hotel will look nicer but the rooms are still outdated and need improvement especially the bed and bathroom fixtures. The air conditioner unit is cool but need regular maintenance to avoid water from dripping all night for me. I use the towel for the water. We stay for two nights this time. Some room is better than others. As I said on my previous review it is a good location for short stay. The bed is pretty hard and pillow is soft but the bigger pillow is for decoration is pretty dirty with stain. I don't think the pillow case get much cleaning. Short stay is ok. Don't touch anything inside the fridge, you will need to pay double. You can set items aside or ask the front doesn't to have them removed so you have more space for your own use. You can get any beer from a corner store after the local market when you walk in the back street from the hotel, Soi 30/1

My family and I truly appreciate all the friendly and accommodating staff and free shuttle service from/to the airport, front desk, baggage service (help carry bags and/or store them post-checkout if there’s a later flight), and store/dining areas. We chose this place for its reasonable price and close distance to the airport. We were surprised with a free deluxe room upgrade, complimentary rose chocolates, and a voucher who their snack shop. Our room was very nice and huge—it had all the amenities (toothbrush/toothpaste, shampoo conditioner, body wash, etc.). we needed for our stay. Things to note: The bed was very firm to what we are used to back in our home but adequate enough for us to sleep on (maybe it’s standard since it was like that in the two other accommodations we stayed at prior). The tub is pretty high, and some people might have difficulty climbing into it. The AC was pretty loud, but we were so tired we slept through. We enjoyed their complimentary breakfast buffet that had a variety of hot American and Asian breakfast items, coffee & tea, and salad & fruit bar. I feel like we got much value from our stay. We’d go back there next time we are in Bangkok! :)

During our stay, we were genuinely impressed by the amazing staff, delicious food, and impeccable cleanliness. However, we struggled to get a restful night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the mattress had a bar running down the center, and the only power outlet available was for the TV, making it challenging to charge our phones for alarm clocks and to use my CPAP machine. Additionally, all the pillows were overly stuffed and uncomfortable. Despite these issues, we found the free 24-hour shuttle to be a significant advantage, making us consider returning in the future.

Everything was great for our quick stay by the airport before flying to another location. The transportation service was easy and convenient. The room was clean. The bed was firm, which is what I prefer. The breakfast included was AMAZING! That was my favorite part. I honestly thought it was just going to be simple continental breakfast but they had such good Thai food! And the staff were so nice, friendly and helpful as well. Thank you!

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Nearby marketplace for food and drinks. Near 7-eleven and Cafe Amazon and other restaurants for food. 20 minutes walk to Robinson mall. Near BTS airport link if you want to take it to the main center of Bangkok like Pratunam shopping area and central world. I took the local motorcycle ride for 30 Baht to take me to the airport link Lat Krabang train station. Or you can let the hotel call a taxi for you and your gang.

Staffs are helpful and friendly as usual. I stayed here every time I arrived and before I leave Thailand. It located near the airport and it has free shuttle to/from the airport. It has 7-eleven a block from the hotel and Cafe Amazon among other restaurants and local food market. Robinson mall with food court and other shops are about 20 minutes walk if you don't want to wait for the local transportation or if you don't have Bolt and Grab app.
