The staff are lovely. We had an excellent view from our bedroom. A lovely breakfast. Shangri-la has a warm friendly feeling. I like it here.

The staff were lovely and the hotel was beautiful. The beds were unfortunately so uncomfortable that sleep was nearly impossible. We tried several rooms but they all have the same rock hard matresses.

If you go to Bangkok you need to stay at the Shangri-La. The room was beautiful with great water views. The breakfast buffet was amazing it catered to all needs. The staff were so helpful. I would go back to Thailand just to stay at the hotel again.

Clean room, well appointed and amazing shower. Breakfast had plenty of options, staff always friendly and nice to sit by the river. Not a bad location and easy access to river boat taxis. Would recommend

The room was large, the shower pressure & hot water was fabulous, the house keepers did an amazing job & we loved having a balcony. The 30th wedding anniversary treats & upgrade was unexpected & so kind.
