The hotel was excellent. Superb breakfast and the room was outstanding. Staff very kind and helpful. The amenities are excellent - spa and pool. It was our 2nd stay here. We will be back.

Pathumwan Princess never dissapoints. 3rd time staying here. Central location next to trains, MBK mall. Siam mall. Wonderful facilities including gym, pool, ball courts. Wonderful customer service. Feels elegant , clean, and safe

Stayed in Jnr Suite - the room was large and had all the amenities you could ask for. The full size fridge was a bonus. Access to the club lounge was a highlight, the staff were amazing and the service 100%. The club was located in temporary premises near the pool for a few months - it lacked a luxury feel, but the staff service more than made up for the absence of decor. Breakfast buffet on the ground floor is among the best I have experienced anywhere in the world. Easy access to MBK Centre (7 floors of restaurants and shops) and the National Stadium BTS is great.

Staff very friendly, professional and helpful. Pool area great. Rooms not representative of the pictures. While it was large enough, it was poorly designed and felt smaller than it was. Certainly not the 5 star Hotels.com said it was.
