I can reiterate enough after multiple stays at this hotel. The staff are unbelievable! Everyone I encountered gave excellent service. The maids, lobby staff, restaurant staff members, were all very personable. The room was wonderful, including the bed, and the bathroom. One negative is the limited TV stations, with no Netflix. I was told that hotel has started to purchase a limited amount of Smart TV’s for the rooms. Hopefully they will be in all rooms soon. I will continue using The Park Plaza which is in a great location on Soi 18.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. My room was nice and always clean, there was a nice little gym, and the location was great. What stood out to me the most were 2 of the door men. They were just so kind and welcoming and helpful.
