Brand new hotel

This hotel is either brand new or freshly renovated, even pieces of the furniture still had protective plastic on them. Location is in a residential area that’s far away from central Bangkok. Its a good 1/2 mile walk in any direction to the main streets where there are markets and stores. Very close, within a 5 minute walk from the hotel are street food vendors and a 7-11, a taxi can be picked up here too. They have a gated parking lot that is watched over. It’s a Gem for under $20, most $20 hotels in the Bangkok area are kind of dumpy.
