Stayed on the 19th floor and was not told of the construction. It started 11:30am and was told the constant banging would stop by 5pm but it didn’t stop till 6:30pm. On my last day I wanted to relax before checking out but the constant banging made me decide to check out early. The manager was aware of it and still booked customers on that floor. Also the sky bar is on the 9th floor and not on the 29th. On 29th floor is the pool with one person working up there. After he took my order and brought it to me, I didn’t not see him again.

Ive stayed here a few times because of the good location just next to bts! Its not in siam area which is more expensive but cos its right next to bts 1 stop away its very convenient.

The Mercure is co-located with an Ibis. The Mercure is on the top floors and is upscale, while the separate Ibis is below it. IMO, the Mercure is worth it.
