We really enjoyed our stay at this 8th‑floor condo. The east-facing windows bring in morning sun while keeping the unit cooler later in the day. The location is excellent: a 1‑minute walk to Sukhumvit Road, three nearby luxury malls with great food courts, and the Phrom Phong BTS station for easy access around Bangkok.The condo was comfortably sized for two, with a large work table for laptops, plenty of storage, a well-equipped kitchen, and two quiet, effective AC units. The combo washer/dryer and indoor drying rack were very convenient given how rare in-unit dryers are in Bangkok. The bed was a firm, comfortable pocket-spring mattress, and the bright bathroom had a rain shower plus handheld wand.Building amenities include a rooftop pool, grass area (great for yoga), and a gym with cardio machines, basic weight machines, and dumbbells up to about 12 kg, though floor space is limited for functional training. The internet was usable at around 50 Mbps but could slow in the evenings; upgrading to gigabit fiber would make it even better.The standout was the host, who was exceptionally responsive and thoughtful. She arranged a late-night airport pickup, provided extra towels and kitchen items, and even brought an espresso machine we used daily. Her local recommendations were excellent, and her hospitality made the stay special. We would happily return and highly recommend both this condo and this host.
