This hotel exceeded expectations from the moment we arrived. The lobby is stunning, and the staff provides exceptional service throughout the stay. The views are breathtaking, and the breakfast buffet is fantastic,offering a wide variety of options, with a strong emphasis on Asian cuisine but plenty of international selections as well.
The room was spacious with high ceilings, excellent water pressure, and a large refrigerator, which was especially convenient for families. The infinity pool was a highlight—complete with a jacuzzi, steam room, and a generous recreational area perfect for both kids and adults.
We also had a team lunch at Level 50, the restaurant on the 50th floor, and it was absolutely perfect. The panoramic view of Bangkok was incredible, and the food was equally impressive,beautifully presented and full of flavor.
Although I didn’t use the onsen, I did enjoy a massage on the same floor, which was excellent. This is an outstanding hotel for a family vacation or team retreat, and I’ll definitely be returning with my family next time.
