Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. Floors so dirty feet turned black, shower I would not dare to use, old rotten food in fridge. AC could not keep up with open window in bathroom so hot sticky night. Very noisy from permanently open in bathroom letting in street noise. Very unsafe, anyone could walk up to the room directly from street. That street not being in the best location. DO NOT STAY HERE.

It was close to the airport and the pool was nice and it had a very local vibe being in the neighborhood. I do have to say that the communication about catching the shuttle from the airport to the property was terrible ie non existent

Staff didn’t even attempt to communicate with us, not a word even while we ordered food. Sadly, our last meal, last day of our 6 week vacation was very poor. We were awaken at all hrs due to much noise in the hallways. Bed was a boxspring. Pool was good if you could put up with the burning garbage stench.

Very basic. Okay, for a one night stay before going to the airport but I wouldn't recommend otherwise. The saving grace was that the room was clean and staff very pleasant. Swimming pool was okay too. Very basic dining area and basic breakfast. Close to the road and airport so some noise. Nothing to do in the vacinity, other than visit a market and not a very salubrious area.

The shuttle bus to the airport was super convenient. The location was close to the airport as well as markets for street food. We also enjoyed food & beverages at the hotel. The pool was clean.

Non existant service. Rude, unhelpful staff. Small room was full of mosquitoes and the bathroom had a broken towel rack, vanity and shower head. We asked for an extra blanket..(bed is like a rock) and towel and not only was it refused, staff was very rude about it. Dirty all around the property. Plus side is there is a market close by and it's close to airport, but there are much better choices out there. Overall, the worst place I've stayed in all of Thailand

Perfect hotel for a short stay. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean and the pool is perfect for a refreshing swim. Really close to Bangkok BKK airport and super easy to get to with their airport transfer.
