The hotel location was very good. There are loads of great restaurants & bars that do sensational food on Soi 8. The hotel itself for me the rooms in the apartment we got where very small. Also the pool was very small and had no space for any loungers to sunbathe. Overall my our stay was okay

Overall it was a good experience. The hotel dining was not so good. Free transport is available but was not communicated to me to the nearest place of dining and other social activity. The hotel is new and all amenities look great. Provided a great place to relax away from the noisy areas of Nana. Value for money.

My stay was fine, the room is very big. This was within walking distance of BTS station and malls (Terminal 21 for example). Lots of nightlife and 7/11 in the immediate area. The water temperature was never consistent for some of my stay and the towels and bedsheets had stains. The AC unit remote did not work for the AC unit. The tv does have the option of Netflix but it’s locked under the admin.

Room is big and lots of convenience such as laundry room in site and iron in the room a tall coffee table to eat on kitchen stove top to cook and a pool. There is a bar and restaurant also which is good and lots of street food and restaurants on the road. The location is very good. I booked a second week here i lined it so much.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had asked for extra cups and utensils and they were brought to the room immediately. Whenever i needed the floor cleaned or simple extra tasks done they were handled right away with kindness. This is a good location and very walkable. The hotel also has a tuktuk that will pick you up and take you down the road all day for free. There is a washer and dryer on site for a fee next to the oil and gym. The room has a decent kitchen which we used for cooking a few times and one of the reasons i chose this room and the location. Very good stay here. Booked the room twice because of the mentioned above. Thank you for the great stay Citadine 🙏 😊

I have stayed here many times over the years, totaling several months. The staff are very nice and helpful, and the hotel is far enough off the main road to be quiet by Bangkok standards. The rooms are a good value for Bangkok. The property could use modernizing, as everything looks like it was styled in 1990, and the rotted wooden deck around the bar should have been replaced years ago, but the hotel is clean enough. Giving away a free joint with a purchased drink at the bar strikes me as a huge tactical error for an Ascott property, but the bar's usually empty anyway. The only real negatives for me are the neighborhood, which is extremely seedy, especially at night, and some of the guests, who like to carry on in their rooms late at night with their doors propped open. I've no idea why so many parents traveling with their small children choose a hotel in a neighborhood full of bars, hookers, and pot shops, but that's another story. Different strokes, I guess.
