We had a great stay at Chillax! The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the rooftop pool was a great way to spend a hot afternoon! It was relatively close (~15 min drive) to the Grand Palace, which was convenient for our group.

This is a great place to stay in the old part of Bangkok. Walking distance to Khao San street and other restaurants, shops, etc. The terrace pool is great and the room has a jacuzzi tub. Clean and safe. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

Check in was nice, gave us a welcome drink and towel. Breakfast in the morning was good. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was just OK in food quality. The bars were never open. We also used the transportation to get to the airport and it was perfect.

Je n'ai pris qu'un petit déjeuner car la salle n'est pas agréable. Je préfèrais prendre celui-ci sur une jolie terrasse le long du canal. Sinon tout est parfait, le personnel est charmant et toujours souriant.

There was nothing to not like the staff were amazing everyone from the minute you walk in to the time you check out. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The pool on the roof is amazing especially at night. Wish it stayed open longer because it closes at 11pm but you are able to enjoy the beautiful clean water and relax. The food that they serve for breakfast, lunch and dinner is all so good and full of flavor. We will definitely return and recommend over and ovee again

I enjoyed my stay, very friendly and helpful staff that helped me to move to a different more quiet room when my next door neighbours decided to be a nuisance. The rooms are clean and very spacious and there is a 7/11 just a minute walk away for your necessities.
