bed hard like a plank, no fresh bedsheets at arrival, had to change room because of this, no toilet paper, a lot of noise on floor from other rooms and people talking outside of the rooms in the middle of the night, no english speaking staff, no person at reception, unwilling to solve issues, eventhough i agreed with owner that i will leave hotel early because of my back hurting from the hard bed and will get my money back the staff told me day by day that we will solve the problem tomorrow.
