The pictures presented of the room in hotels.com is deceptive. We were a little mortified of the bathroom. It was a hole in the wall. No shower curtains. The toilet did the flush well. The hotel did not provide instructions on how to use the room safe. The air conditioning unit took the space of the balcony. Only Good thing about the room was the good working air conditioner.

For the price and haveing everything you need in a room, i was pleased. Clean bed, fridge, a/c, little patio, shower, toilette, if you are worried about an old buuldings condition... well welcome to old bangkok. Thanks guys for everything, and i will be back again for sure.

Nice area ,good staff

Nothing special, hotel but I had a new bed, shower and ac worked well. Its a good area with plenty of food options about . Staff were friendly. Free coffee and fruit in morning.

No breakfast available even though it is advertised. Balcony pointless half taken by aircon no furniture and disgusting outlook. No fridge. No room servicing. No tea coffee facility in room. Overpriced and under delivered

Good Location.

Good Location,clean,free toiletries and the hotel has a lift. Beds were rather hard, air con was difficult to control and so fierce that it made the room and the bedding damp!

Great location, with free parking

Great location in Banglampoo, which is only a short walk away from the river, Khao San Road and Rambuttri Road. Free car parking is a great bonus, one of the main reasons we use this hotel. The staff are very courteous and always very helpful. Breakfast is available nearby.

Quite hotel near Khao San Road

Hotel has a perfect location if you want to be near Khao San Road, and to have a nice sleep in quite area. Room is good, has basic staff, but no view, at least in our room, terrace was unusefull, we were against the wall, maybe it is better in other parts of the hotel. For that amount of money I think you can find much better hotel in other parts of the city, maybe even in this part, but for me personally it is not great part of Bangkok to stay.

overpriced for the real value

Good location. But the hotel room is not the same as advertised in the photos. Can't consider balcony as added credit cause it totally nothing. Just an extra wasted place. No view from the balcony and from the window. Bit suffocating. TV cable is not clear and very old. No kettle, mug, tea or coffee or even free bottled water. Price is above too expensive. Walked around few hotels and found some more better value and facilities.

An excellent value in this part of the city.

If you have a car (and consequently need secure parking) this is one of the best choices in the whole area for the price. The bathroom is more of a Thai/Asian style where there is no shower curtain. The bed was one of the softest in Thailand in this price range. A nice clean comfy stay.

Good budget hotel

Good location - Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of khao san road to have a peaceful nights sleep but near enough to the local sights to get around easily. Room was fine (you get what you pay for) but bathroom was grey concrete and looked unfinished. Slightly more expensive than other budget accommodation in the area but we had a quiet nights sleep in a comfortable room.
