This property is listed as having free wifi and a gym. There is no free wifi at this property, you are charged for it and require a coupon code. The gym consists of one stair climber and three sets of 10 pound free weights, this is not a gym. Property is inaccurately listed and I had a very poor experience here.

The hotel is so far away from high way its hard to find the hotel because it’s all the way in the end of the subdivision and they have a lot different name of hotel posted in the banner it’s confusing the customer the room is dirty and hot no view at all in the window the customer service in from name lee is so bad he doesn’t know customer services he so rude disrespectful the customer also the lady Noi in the mini grocery is so rude and doesn’t know customers service keep watching in her phone when you ask her she shouting and mad unpleasant the hotel is so Hot room aircon is very low doesn’t get cold also in front seat lobby no aircon we sweeting during stay uncomfortable stay no WiFi in the room they told us only in lobby when we go to lobby is so slow we can’t access our work and family because no WiFi uncomfortable place to stay the manage should do something about the service also the improvement of the hotel room proper training and discipline should be implementing

Very rude employee location is bad as . 200 tb for key deposit and 150tb for the shuttle to ap and taxi cast me only 100tb with family just avoid if u are just wanna spend a night maybe ok
