Staffs (front counter and housekeeping) were all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very spacious (2 twin beds - more like single size). Beds were comfortable. Cable tv was not working on our first day and was told they were going to fixed. At checked out after the second night…still no cable/tv. Would also have been good if there were complimentary coffee and tea in room. Front counter staff held our bags after check out and secured it with a number tag for retrieving. This made us comfortable leaving our bags at the hotel. Location near Chinatown night market was a plus.

Room was ok, and Aircon worked. However, I can't recommend a stay here due to the staff. No do not disturb signs, rude cleaners and check in staff. Other minor niggles include slow lifts, thin mattresses, and TVs which block using HDMI!!

The rooms were clean and modern and the hotel was in an excellent location - a block or so from Chinatown food market and a couple of minutes from the metro station. The gym was good size and I found all the staff were helpful and friendly .

We had a warm welcome. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. We had a meal in the Restaurant on our last night which was excellent. A great location right in the heart of Chinatown. Would stay again.
