The hotel's offer of a free shuttle to Don Muang Airport was the main reason for booking. However, it was inconvenient as they only operated the shuttle once every hour. In the end, we had to arrange and pay for our own transport.

We stayed 1 night as we were flying to Danang next morning. For the price we paid, this was an excellent choice - great customer service and lovely breakfast next morning. The room was clean and had everything we needed and courtesy shuttle bus service was arranged to airport next morning. For a quick stop over and cheap, this hotel is recommended.

I did not enjoy my stay in this hotel. The room that I got was not great and did not quite look like what I saw on hotel.com. It was not in good conditions. Moreover, i did not find the staff too friendly.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was licated close to a 711 and many restaurants. The only issue I had was the smart TV in the room was old and slow to change channels.

The place is confy, quiet and everything is very nice, the only thing I didn’t lime is that they offer a shuttle to the airport and I didn’t got pick up or deop by any shuttle so pretty much they offer a service that they really dont do or care to do.

Airport Transportation isn’t directly to the airport. It brings you to a station across the street, where you take stairs/ramp upstairs and then cross a bridge over the highway where you end up in the airport. Be prepared to walk especially if you have lots of luggage. Room was great and just as advertised.

For being a 4 star hotel they could have had more updated rooms. Our bedroom AC did not perform as well as the one in the living room. No microwave to reheat your food was disappointing but they were more worried that somebody would damage their rooms. A huge list of replacement cost was in our hotel room. I even heard that they were talking photo of our on an everyday base. Either way got our deposit back with no huge issues accept that we had to wait for them to check it out! I will look for another place next time.
