A/C was much appreciated when the temps reached 39 degrees (102 degrees F). Rooms were spacious and came with Nespresso coffee maker.

Great Place in Bamberg, Germany

A very charming and comfortable place with a friendly young lady ( owner/operator) that was very helpful and welcoming. A small inn that was within a 10 minute walk of most of the sites but quiet with the university library across the street. Great vibe with with great decor (wife loved it).Breakfast was an excellent deal with great food. Stayed 3 nights and greatly enjoyed it. Very highly recommended!!!

Good location but small room

The area was ideal, near the University. The room was very small for 2 people, too small really in the heat of the summer. I had asked for a room high up but was on the ground floor, in a tiny room off a courtyard. I think the hotel should have informed me that that was all they had to offer, as I might have made alternative plans.

Not very welcoming

I arrived 10pm pressed intercom for access. Told key was in a safe. Place in darkness. No map or info regarding location of room. As a lone traveller this was not a nice experience. Breakfast over priced & very poor option & low quantity available. Would not rebook

Fantastic location only 15 minute walk to train station... close to the heart of the old town... staff was extremely friendly, had the violet Room and it was very large... excellent stay and would definitely recommend

Simple hotel, but clean, modern, nicely appointed rooms. Staff are friendly and willing to help. Short distance from the centre of Bamberg. An excellent place to stay.

Wonderful Bamberg

Bamberg is a beautiful city in central Germany and the Wohnbar Hotel is a great place to stay. It's located in a nice neighborhood and the management is great. The breakfast is reason enough to stay there!

Leider sind die Parkmöglichkeiten sehr beschränkt. Parken am besten, wie vom Hotel empfohlen, in der Karstadt Tiefgarage. Ansonsten alles Top, sollte ich wieder in Bamberg Übernachten Dann bestimmt wieder im Wohnbar.👍

Das Zimmer im Hof sollte nicht vermietet werden .

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Hof bekommen . Das Abluftrohr war direkt neben dem Fenster , das war schrecklich laut . Früh um sechs ging es mit dem Krach los . Die Fahrräder der Gäste standen auch im Hof direkt vor dem Fenster , sodass man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte .Wie die restlichen Zimmer waren kann ich fairerweise nicht beurteilen . Das Haus ist aber neu renoviert .

Kleiner charmantes Hotel in super Lage. Jedes der ca. 9 Zimmer war auf eine andere Art eingerichtet. Unseres "Luna" lag unterm Dach, hatte Schrägen, war trotzdem groß, stylisch eingerichtet, schönes Bad mit toller großer Dusche, hatte Klimaanlage, Kaffeemaschine. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug. Bis in den 3. Stock war es für uns daher immer eine kleine Herausforderung. Nicht ganz so fitte Gäste, sollten das Stockwerk vorher abklären!
