This magnificent home overlooks the rolling coastal hills and Pacific Ocean with open space for utmost privacy. Walking into the primary level allows for single story living. Entry level offers a large kitchen with chef grade kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, sub zero fridge, and Wolf six burner stove. The kitchen opens into the dining room and living room. A large living room with a fireplace and is over looking the Pacific Ocean, rolling hills covered in an oak forest offers you a retreat from reality. The large covered deck from the living room and first master bedroom seems to hoist you into the privacy of mother nature. The patio heater keeps you warm on the rare cool evenings. With a master suite on the primary level looking out to the ocean, finished with a spa inspired bathroom and large walk in closet.
This lovely single family home is just under 3,000 sq. ft., has two master suites plus a third bedroom. Each master ensuite has a king beds. Downstairs you will find another family room, completely screened in viewing deck and the second large master ensuite. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed, just off the family room. This home also has an elevator.
Aloha Avila is located in San Luis Bay Estates. This home is nestled in a 1,000 acre oak tree forest with extensive hiking trails and private access to Avila Beach Golf Resort for residents to enjoy (membership needed). From your private balconies share an oak forest abundant with wildlife. Watch closely for the young deer, wild turkeys and other critters as they leisurely stroll through.
