The hotel seemed brand new. They had a LOT of very tasteful Christmas decorations up. We left something and they called us to let us know. Amazing service and a very nice hotel. Also the bed was quite comfy.

Holiday Inn Express is always reliable for comfortable beds and super friendly staff, and this stay was exactly why we like the brand. Melissa at the front desk was especially sweet and helpful. When she heard my room had a clogged sink, she immediately apologized and helped switch me to another room without any hassle. The lady running breakfast was just as lovely—warm, elegant, and even reminded my wife to grab a fresh, delicious muffin to go. But the best (and most unexpected!) surprise at the Holiday Inn Express Madison? Two Tesla chargers right in the parking lot—and charging was FREE. As a Tesla driver, that was such a nice bonus and made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Everything was great- staff were friendly- hotel was beautiful- breakfast options were plentiful- bed was comfortable———only bad thing is the highway outside was so loud in my room it kept me up all night. I was in a room all the way at the end closest to the highway on the side facing the highway so that probably made it worse- but i absolutely loved this hotel except for the loudness of the outside traffic. It was also raining while I was there so it made the traffic even louder on the road- maybe if it was dry weather it wouldn’t have been as bad. I have to go back to the area in another month and I want to stay again but may request a room on the other side of the hotel.

Marcus at the front desk was excellent! He was friendly and very polite! Gave us great options for dinner! Thank you Marcus!!!! The room was good, weird that you couldn’t close the blinds for privacy, the bathroom floor around the toilet, smelled like urine! And the shower along the floor needed a good scrub! Morning buffet was good with lots of options!
